Upon your item being received by our returns department, your refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days. It may take a further 1-3 days for the payment to arrive back on to the original payment method.
We’re happy to take your payment via a debit/credit card or PayPal.
We do not pay for return shipping, however, if you sent the item out for an exchange, we will pay the replacement shipping.
